Stomach Ache

My dad, 45, is having severe stomach ache since a month. He was unwilling to consult a doctor and kept on drinking 'MOXAL PLUS' (a syrup). Now he has taken an appointment for an internal medicine doctor. Pls help me , what can be the problem with dad and pls tell me what are the usual diseases that has stomach ache as a natural symptom.

Blood test shows that I am deficient in iron.docter prescribed livogen and folvite.after taking livogen for a day I am getting stomach ache.is it related to the drug? ## Yes, the NIH does warn that it can cause nausea as a side effect, due to its potency. You may also experience constipation and dark stool. Are you taking it with food, or on any empty stomach?

my mom was given cefdinir/omnices for an ear infection. she is in great stomache pain and is taking yogurt and bread. what is the remedy and why is she experiencing such great pain side effect? ## Having lot of pain in my stomach from taking omnices for ear infection why the pain in stomack ## That can be a normal side effect of this medication, according to NIH side effect reports. It could also cause dizziness, headache, drowsiness, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea. Has there been any change? How are you both doing, now? Are you on any other medications?

Anxiety. weariness. crying feeling.. deep thinking. Like stomach pain if increased then what will happen..patient of intestinal swelling for 1.5 months but now after antibiotic. I am taking coveram 1/2 of 5mg tablet as doctor was still concerned about BP, I increased to a full tablet. My small continuous stomach ache is now much worse mainly during the night. Coversyl plus did the same and ended up in hospital with acute pancreatitis and that is why I was changed over to Coveram. ## The following symptoms are all listed as side effects of Coveram: stomach pain diarrhea constipation muscle cramps feeling sick (nausea) Does the stomach ache still occur even when you are off the medication? Hi I have been on glumetza now for 2 weeks and was wondering if anyone has experienced what I am feeling. 3 days after starting this medication I began to have pain in my back on my right side by my kidney area. The pain has now come around to the front right below my ribcage. Ican only describe the pain as a constant dull ache kinda feeling like I was kicked in tge stomache. My son is 9, ADHD and this is the first time that he tries med. He has been on INTUNIV for 8 days, we have not seen any real positive change yet, he is still very impulsive and grumpy. Pretty much himself. The changes related to the med is that he is frequently urinating, he has even wet his bed twice, I'm not happy with this but I have read in several forums that some kids experience this, but my major concern is that 4 out of 8 nights trying INTUNIV he has been waking up at night because his tummy aches. Tonight it is specially bad, that I'm at 4:00 AM posting here. He was awake for about two hours feeling really miserable. Has anyone had had similar experience? The side effects info from the drug does not mention stomach aches as one. I would appreciate any comments out there...

I'm not vomiting, just nauseated. I do not have much of an appetite, have cancer and am elderly. Is omeprazole 20mg good to take for this? ## Hello, Joan! How are you? Hi. After being intolerant to metformin I started jardiance two weeks ago. I have lactose intolerance so no dairy. I am waking in the night with severe stomach ache and bloating in my mid stomach pancreas area. Has anyone else had this? Does it go away? I'm also on Lansoprazole and Telmisartan. ## Jardiance has been known to cause some gastrointestinal issues as side effects, including stomach pain, but you should have this checked out by your doctor to be sure. I've been taking contrave for 3 weeks now and certainly have a decreased appetite. I'm having issues with constipation and a stomach ache in the middle of the night tho. What time is the second dose recommended? Perhaps evening rather than close to bedtime? I also get very tired after lunch and am wondering if changing my diet would help? Any suggestions? Finally, I used to have a few glasses of wine on the weekends and have a cigarette or two (yes I'm one of those smokers). However, I've lost both a taste for wine and definitely smoking since the first week. That can only be a good thing. Taken 50mg/day for 2 years with 20mg ameprozol. Last 2 months suffered the faintest tummy ache but it is persistent. Advised to take 40mg Ameprazol by one doctor and to replace with codeine by another. On either paracetamol or codeine after 4 days without diclofenac severe pain and joint stiffness returns. Seems life quality is dependent on Diclofenac so would it be safe to return to using it with the higher ameprozol dose? I've heard of one patient thing 60mg! ## Hello, Guess! How are you? Since starting losartan my stomach bloats, aches and burns almost constantly. Also have frequent upset stomach.. Is this a side effect of this med? ## Hello, Pam! How are you feeling? Sorry about the issues that you're having. Yes, these medications can do that to some people that take them. I had it happen with several of them, myself. Learn more Losartan details here. And it isn't likely to stop and could turn into gastritis, if left to continue. Have you consulted your doctor? There are other medications you can try that are known to cause fewer gastric side effects. I've had very good luck with Atacand, which contains Candesartan, so it's very similar to the Losartan. I've been taking Citalopram 20 mg for two weeks now, for anxiety. It took around 7 days to kick in, but I suffered anxiety symptoms in second week and had a very mild stomach ache and bloated feeling. Has anyone had a similar experience? ## Citalopram, the active ingredient in Celexa, is an antidepressant. It can take several weeks to reach its full effect and help relieve your anxiety, if it does not work in the next 1 to 2 weeks, please make sure to contact your doctor. Hi, I am a 26 year old female. I have had a history of bloating problem. Ususally it used to happen around periods, but ocassionally it used to persist through out the month. Once a doctor told me vit B12 deficiency was the reason, I took B12 shots and the problem subsided. Good day. I am Jean. I'm 32 yo. Last month i started taking neurobion as i am experiencing a problem to my nerve especifically to my lower extremeties. But just early this month i noticed my hair especially on top that i have a patches on my head. And a week later it become two. so i stop taking neurobion as i feared that this maybe the side effect of taking rhis med. Aside from this, i also notice of palpitation of my heart and a bit ache on my stomache while taking this med. I only take it for a month.
