I have a pill with the letter m on one side and the # 18 what and I'm taking and for what??? ## Hi Sonny, I found a small white round pill with a capital "M" over the number "18" on one side; and blank on the back (aside from a dividing score line where you can split the pill in two). Small white round pull with capital M on one side and and a line on the other ## According to another user's comment, a small white round pill with a capital "M" on one side and a score on the other (the type of score that is much deeper, wider), is "suspected" to be some sort of benzodiazepine type medication. They haven't found a definitive match yet either, but if I you happen to come across any specific details relating it to benzodiazepines or anxiety disorders, this could possibly be what you have. I for one, am curious to know where you found the pill, since it doesn't appear to come up under any of my searches. Does anyone else here recognize this pill?

It could also be a medication manufactured outside the United States, or possibly an over the counter product, but it has been difficult to verify 100%. unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. Its a Canadian pill, about the size of a percocet, it has the capital letter 'N' on one side (looks like a logo) and 100 and scored on the other side. I have no idea what this tiny pill is. Many years ago when I broke my hip, I got smallish pills like this, but I recall they WERE white, had a capital M inside a square on one side, and a score line on the other side with "15" printed on the upper half scored side of the pill. I’ve read that oxycodone 15s are real light green in color. Oh really? Mine is definitely white, and conforms to all other stated characteristics on this site. Could the color fade over time?
