Small white round pill with no markings ## Hi Christine, Due to the type of pill you have I think it's safe to say that without an imprint determining what this is may only be a shot in the dark, unless you were to have its contents analyzed by a lab for verification. But depending on how you came about it, my intuition tells me that you could potentially have a counterfeit or foreign medication on your hands, since all US pharmaceuticals are required by law to carry a unique set of markings/numbers that represent the substance, dosage, and/or manufacturer. Need help, I found a small round white pill in my sons room one side says 20 the other side not sure its soft but can not make out any number or letter.there are no lines just a solid white pill. It's a small white round pill with no markings or lines on it. Completely blank. Almost looks like on one side as if it has something dropped on it. Hard to tell. I looked at it pretty close with glasses and still hard to see. He does consume cannabis but his friends have been known to do other substances so I am concerned. ## @MomofTeen, When you mention that it looks like something may have been dropped on it, are you referring to an indentation or perhaps just the way it's shaped/manufactured? I took a very tiny round off white pill with the no. 84. on it. There were absolutely NO other markings at all on this pill. I was a mess and thought it was an old generic nerve pill. Too many things caused me to do the dumbest thing, which was taking that pill. I was so sick, I desperately was ready to go to the hospital. Everything was spinning, and I couldn't even stand up. I was extremely nauseous and having dry heaves. I'm still just barely able to sit up, stay awake and/or be normal. In situations like this, I believe the only verifiable way to know what you have for certain, is to have its contents analyzed by a lab. However, I did have a couple questions about the pill that may help point our search efforts in a more precise direction: - You had mentioned that it was "a little long". Does this mean that it's oblong/rectangular shaped or oval? - Is the score line vertical "|" or horizontal "---"? - Where was the pill found / how was it obtained? I found two white, circular pills, approximately 1/4 of an inch in diameter. I want to know how many mg they are and what kind of pill they are. I think they might either be oxycodone or percocet. ## Also, they have absolutely no markings on either side. i found an unmarked box of these white, oblong shaped pills under my living room couch. They kind of remind me of whtat looks like an ibuprofin 800 but this pill has no score mark or markings of any sort on either side. Absolutely no number or letters on either side. Half white half light green ## If there are no markings, it is going to be almost impossible to positively identify. The only thing we can say for sure is that it is not a legal, U.S. prescription medication. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items. Does anyone else have any ideas?

I was looking at 50mg Tramadol or Ultram and want to verify that the ones I saw pictured are the real thing. So confused. Found this in ex's med dispenser. May be from Canada but not sure. Checked all the pill identifiers and no luck. I know that since it has no markings it will be very difficult but I'm hoping someone here will know. It does have a matte finish on it not shiny. euphoria ## Are you saying it caused euphoria? It is never wise to take something when you don't know what it is, this can be very dangerous. There is also no way to identify this just from the description, if there are no markings, your only option would be to pay to have it lab tested. The only thing we can say for certain is that it is not a legal, U.S. prescription medication.
