(NDC 50066-285). It appears to be a generic form of Excedrin Migraine. I have found several white, thicker pills with the markings of L430 could be an OTC drug or generic. If so, this tablet is manufactured by Concord Laboratories and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine. It is most commonly used to treat migraines. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, insomnia and nervousness. ## Another possibility I found has the marking CL 022. This one is manufactured by the same company and they list it as containing 350mgs of Carisoprodol. The FDA classifies this as a muscle relaxant and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. Can you see if this matches your tablet?

My pharmacy has swicthed to these from the small blue ones ,they still work on my back and hip pain but seem to set of migrain symptoms.there so much bigger I'm wondering what the filler is.
