Little round beige pill with an M and the numbers 515 underneath. I think that they are scored on one side. (A line across the middle of the pill) I'm not sure what they are. Can someone help? i found some pills wilth g 51 on one side and 300 on the other side. I belive they are for heartburn but i'm trying to find out myslef to make sure before i take one. ## You are correct, these contain 300mgs of Ranitidine, a generic for Zantac, used to treat heartburn and GERD. Need med name ## I did find a few possibilities (but no exact matches), such as Propafenone. Although this pill does have an MP on top of the number 513. Are there any other markings on the pill? I have lower back sciatic pain which my Dr prescribes 50mg of tramadol(2x daily)which I think is a joke..It won,t even help a hang nail, let alone a tooth ache..What am I doing wrong, what kind of Dr should I be seeking??? ## Have you seen any other doctors? Have you had any tests performed to see what is causing the pain? If you are just seeing your regular, primary care physician for it, that is probably the problem right there. They are not trained to treat those types of specific conditions or to do pain management. To find effect relief, you really need to see someone that can figure out what is causing the problem and then figure out appropriate treatment. Is this pill is non-narcotic or its a narcotic? ## Oxcarbazepine is used to prevent seizures, and it is also sometimes used to treat some types of mood disorders. It is non-narcotic. This pill has 512 on one side and V on the other. Anyone know what it is? Are you in the U.S.? I know there is a plain white tablet with just a 512 on it that is a Percocet, that contains Acetaminophen and Oxyodone, but it doesn't have a V on the opposite side. G 51 on the back it has 15 on it ## Is is a 15 on the back or a 150? The description matches G51 150, which contains 150mgs of Ranitidine, a generic for Zantac, used to treat heartburn and GERD. Please let me know if this is the correct pill.

Prescription Tylenol contains codeine and this does not. This contains Acetaminophen 325mgs and Oxycodone 5mgs, it is generic Percocet or Endocet. This is, however, a narcotic pain reliever, but it is much stronger than the Tylenol products.
