It has 44 on top and 148 on the bottom, with a line through it. It's round and white with nothing on the other side. Is it Percocet or Tylenol? ## All tablets with the 44 and 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, this one is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic for Tylenol. Have found this round light yellow pill in my home and would like to identify. It is round with the logo of Cobalt on the back ('V' shape) and DZ underscored with 5 beneath. ## Are you in Canada? This is not listed in the U.S. prescription drug databases and with it having the DZ on it, I was suspicious that it may be Diazepam, a generic for Valium, but it doesn't appear that Cobalt manufactures it and their website doesn't list the markings on their pills, just the drug names that they manufacture and their name brand equivalent. You may be able to call them and ask what it is, if you are in Canada, they list their number as 905-815-1820. I found this pill and have searched everywhere for an answer. It is round, white, has 110 on one side, but a triangle type design on the other. Maybe like an upside down triangle with no bottom line and an x through it? round.. yellow.. cut edges on one side... rounded on the other... it says quantum on that side with a small bum in the middle that has a 5 on it i think then below the bump it says 182 ## i have found this too and have looked everywhere for answers to what it is, it was lying on the floor in my living room but noone in my house hold takes any medication so im really wondering what this is, please let me know if you have found any answers through another source.
