I'm curious as to wether or not it might be an over the counter Ranitidine tablet, I've seen several that match this description. It's an antacid thats used to treat or prevent conditions, such as heartburn, GERD, gastritis and ulcers. According to the FDA, typical side effects may include dizziness, gas and stomach pain. Does anyone recognize this tablet?

It is a birth control, generic for Desogen, it is called Apri. ## Thanks for the input.....I found it in my dining room and had no idea when/where it came from. ## Someone must have dropped it, the coating on them, if they get damp can also be a little sticky, then when it dries, it sets up normal again, so it might have been dropped outside and tracked in on someone's shoe, or even a paw if you have pets. ## round pills 44 on top 291 on bottom tan in color pill form

triamterene ## I cannot tell you anything from just the color of the tablet. However, I can tell you that Mylan does not make a tablet that only contains Triamterene. The tablets they make are called Maxzide and contain Triamterene and Hydrochlorothiazide, a combination of 2 diuretics used to treat congestive heart failure, edema and high blood pressure. Their blue pill is shaped similar to a dog biscuit, it is blue and on one side, it says MAXZIDE and on the opposite B M9. Does this match the tablet that you have?
