I found a white oblong pill with 18 on one side and blank in the other. It was scored in the middle. This was in my sons room. I started lo loestrin fe 3 months ago and I didn't realize until now you are supposed to take the white pills! Last month I had cramps and spotting when I should have had period. I haven't taken any white but never missed blue pills. I am 18 days into my new pack and am extremely worried I could have gotten pregnant. What are the chances?! ## Yes, you are supposed to take those ones, they do contain an active hormone, so there could be a risk of getting pregnant. Probably not a very high one, since theoretically, you were at the end of your cycle at that point, not in the middle where you'd normally ovulate. If you don't get your period, when it's due then having yourself checked for pregnancy would be a good idea. But otherwise, if you start, you're in the clear...

Have this in with several others- I think it is acetaminophen- white tablet, round, labeled 44-188 ## Hi Betty, To my knowledge this is more than likely an over the counter drug, seeing that many OTC meds in the US start with the numbers "44" followed by another set of digits. Unfortunately I haven't located an exact match, however the clues I'm finding here do lead me to believe that it falls in the realm of OTC cough, cold, pain or sleep meds, or motion sickness tablets. To find out whether this proves to be the case, I would encourage you to take the pill into your local pharmacy for more specific details as to what it might be. What is a white round pill with APO 018 on it? ## We have received a number of inquiries about this imprint code, but nobody was able to find a match based on both imprint code and reported color. The only lead regarding this was found from the manufacturer Apotex. On their site is listed a round Green pill with the imprint APO 018. I have a handful of small white round pills with J on one side and 18 on the other. I cannot find this exact configuration on any website. The closest I can find is J 10 or J 5, which are Donepezil.
