red capsule with purple powder inside nothing at all written on the outside what is it???? ## does anyone have an answer to this? ## IF it has no markings, then there is no way of identifying it. It cannot be a legal U.S. prescription drug, they are all required to have unique markings for identification.

Red on top with the letter L, grey in the middle, and purple in the bottom with the letter O ## I'm not compltely certain, since over the counter products can be difficult to identify, but from what I'm finding, I believe this contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and is a generic or store brand of Tylenol Rapid Release. Nope, nothing else needed, the description, color and markings are perfect! :-) This capsule is manufactured by Glenmark Generics and they list it as containing 20mgs of Omeprazole in a delayed release formulation. This is a proton pump inhibitor that's used to reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach to help treat or prevent conditions, such as GERD, heartburn, ulcers and gastritis. The FDA lists it's typical side effects as possibly including nausea, flatulence and stomach pain. Is there anything else I can help with?

They have no identification code. One is half red and half white. The other is a solid dark purple, and yes they are both capsules. They are normal sized capsules. ## HI, Dannyboy! How are you? If there are no markings on them, then we can rule them out as being U.S. approved and manufactured prescription medications, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. That means that they are most likely something that's available over the counter and that leaves it open to a pretty large list of possibilities that include both medications and supplements. What is the color of the Lupin capsules of this medication in this strength ## Amlodipine with Benazapril is a combination medication used to treat high blood pressure and cardiac conditions. The tablet manufactured by Lupin that contains 10mgs of the Amlodipine and 20mgs of the Benazapril is described as being purple, but it seems to look more reddish, with a darker portion where the two halves of the capsule overlap. On the darker half it should have the letters LU and on the bottom, lighter half there should be E14. Is there anything else I can help with?
