The pill imprint IG 213 is in fact 50mgs of Sertraline. I actually had my script filled with those and thought they were "purple footballs" (Xanax), but I looked a little closer and noticed that the numbers weren't normal. So I looked them up online as well and found out to my dismay that Sertraline 50mg is a generic of Zoloft used for depression. Of course, it had me fooled. ## Correct, this tablet contains Sertraline 50 mg (NDC 31722-0213). It may not be a 4, it may be a symbol. ## Pills marked with an L at the start of the imprint are all over the counter items manufactured by LNK International, they only make OTC items that are then sold by various stores as generic or store brands. This one, in particular, is a chewable children's Acetaminophen tablet, the purple are either grape or mixed berry flavored. It is 80mgs. So a generic or store brand for Children's Chewable Tylenol.
