Hello, I just want to know if propan is really effective in gaining weight. My height is 5'4 and my weight is 39kg and my BMI is underweight and about 15+ only. Is there any of you who have experience changes in taking propan? ## Yeah propan is really effective in gaining weight because I already try it.. I take propan cap. every night before I sleep. I tried taking it after breakfast and I get so sleepy when at school. Propan improved my weight after 3 mos. I eat a lot but I dont gain weight. My friends say that i should drink propan with iron.. but before that, i should make sure that i dont have parasitic worms inside my body... I have mild asthma but year 2009 i used buteyko method to control the symptoms.
