A white pill with 44 over 198 stamped on one side, and blank on the other. Not sure what these are. It looks like aspirin, just not sure on the stamping. Only have half of pill its oblong but flat top n bottom last number's are 012D 1/2 the pill is aprox. 1/2 inch its the color of spicy brown mustered. I found a round dark pink pill with b on one side and blank on the other. Seems to be coated. ## I have seen a number of round pink pills with a lowercase "b" on one side, but the other side to these pills also bear 3 digit numerals. On the other hand if it's a capital "B" on one side and blank on the back, then this is reportedly identified as a Children's Benadryl (fast melt); containing 19mgs of diphenhydramine citrate. Reason I ask is because I found several white oblong pills that closely resemble your description; namely different dosages of Gabapentin - one with an imprint of G on one side of a divid/score line and the number 13 on the other half instead of 19.
