It contains 250mgs of Mefloquine; which is used to prevent and treat malaria. Had there been no score line I would've thought this to be a generic Subutex tablet, since it shares the same imprint 54 411. These pills are very very new as generics and hard to find, they were released by roxane pharmacuticals on october 9th of 2009. This pill is also white and elongated/oval.
