Small white pill with G Z separated by the score down the middle on one side and plain scored on the back. I found this pill on my kitchen floor and I want to know if its one of my kids friends or completely innocent. I'm a nurse but don't recognise it. Help appreciated. ## I believe its innocent. I'm in Korea right now and have bronchitis and i was just looking for the same info as the doctor has given me this same G Z white round tablet. Since i dont speak korean i have been searching for info. So far, no luck. But i take it that the pill you found is innocent. I've searched all over Google and haven't found the answer to what this pill is. I found it on my friends floor. It's a white oblong pill with black letters on one side that say EX-IB. Identify a pill found in our home - help please. We have a teenage son and recently found a white, circular pill on the floor which has the "F" marking on it (including the brackets). I think it is a generic form of Mucinex DM... i.e. guaifinesin and a cough suppressant. ## Hi Lisa, Just to let you know, the white pill you're describing marked AZ 345 is in fact identified as a Mucus Relief DM tablet, containing Dextromethorphan HBr (20 mg) + Guaifenesin (400 mg). This medicine is widely used as an expectorant and cough suppressant. will pill 9 cm long, 3 cm thick, 5 cm wide at middle, ends are not square but have rounded corners, bottle says for severe allergies, take daily, substituted for zertec, cetirizine HCL 10mg tablet. I would like to see a picture of this pill and know it is what the bottle it is in says it is. ## I cannot post a picture due to copyright reasons, but I can tell you that a tablet that meets this description with this marking does contain 10mgs of Cetirizine, the active ingredient in Zyrtec. I found this pill on the floor in my bathroom. I’ve never seen it before but I picked it up and put it in my room (I have a 6 year old that could have picked it up and put it in his mouth so I was worried) and found the words/letters HL03 on the front and nothing on the back. I had some friends stay with me for a bit so I’m hoping it’s like some sort of allergy pill. But you never know.
