I have an oval shaped pill that has the number 169 on it but it was not in its original bottle what is it for ## I wasn't able to locate an exact match to your description, as you didn't mention what color the pill is that you are referring to. Cant seem to find out what it is, does all OTC pills come with a L on them? ## No, not all over the counter products have an L on them, just the ones from one particular manufacturer, LNK International. There are also some prescription products that use an L, it's just a different logo than the one used on the over the counter products and doesn't use the 3 number format after it. Learn more OTC drug details here. And this is an over the counter one that has been asked about before, but I haven't been able to find an identification for it yet.
