I have pain shooting from my left lower back. It runs down the left side to the foot. Also tingling. I am on 10mg oxycodone + 325mg acetaminophen. I've been on them for I think 3 yrs. So they are not working. My question is how do I go about telling my doctor that I need something stronger without sounding like an addict? Thanks for all answers. what is the difference between oxycodone and oxycontin? ## Oxycodone is the active ingredient in Oxycontin, it is a narcotic analgesic. However, there are 3 different formulations of Oxycodone that are available. Oxycontin is a time released formulation that is taken every 12 hours for severe, chronic pain and there is no generic for it available. Roxicodone is a regular release formulation of Oxycodone and it is available as a generic and the name brand. OxyIR is an instant release formulation, which is also available as a generic. Hi. I am currently addicted to 60 mgs of oxys. I find myself going into withdrawal after 12 hours. My question is if I take my last dose at six pm how long do I have to wait to take Zubsolv? I have taken them before and went into bad withdrawals. I was so dizzy and nauseous I had to leave work. I only have 4 of the 5.7 Zubsolv pills and have to do a quick detox. Can anyone out there give some advice on how I can go about doing this? I am sick and tired of living this way. Hi, I have been on oxy's for over a year started out on small dosages now I'm up to 45mg 180 pills every 2 weeks. I want to get help so bad I've lost the person I am. I am not the mother I once was to my children. I know my addiction has affected everyone in my family. When I'm on the pill I'm ok no pains life is great but when I run out its pure hell. How many milligrams is the orange oxycontin with the black on it that says OC on the front in black? ## That doesn't match the description of Purdue's Oxycontin tablets, there are none with the OC on it in black. Additionally, the original ones with the OC on them are no longer being manufactured, but when they were the OC was pressed into the tablet, not printed on them. Most Oxycodone medications are available in tablet form, there are only a few available in capsules, such as the immediate release Oxycodone. Or did you mean something your doctor specially ordered to be done by a compounding pharmacy? Oxycodone is a narcotic and will work as such, regardless of what form it is in, however, it is sometimes coupled with Acetaminophen, to enhance its effects, in preparations such as Percocet.

Usually get m box Oxys or the E 8 Oxys lately but got these E 5 white round Oxys filled from epic pharmacy. I know that these have been new lately and was wondering if these are fake or not 30 mg Oxys like they're supposed to be? They don't have nearly the same effect as the E 8's.
