I found five tiny (less than 1/8 diameter) round white tablets, each with a 4 imprinted on one side and nothing on the other in our bedroom. Neither my husband or I have any idea where they came from. We have no kids. Only a neighbor has been in the house feeding our cat in the last week. I hate to ask her if these are her drugs. Can you identify them? ## There are a number of different meds out there with just the # 4 on them, but the closest match based on your description is most likely Ibuprofen 400 mg. Is there any other information you can post abot the pills? Do they appear to be coated? You mentioned round and white, so I just wanted to make sure of that as well.
