Oval white pill m538 ## I believe the marking on the tablet in question was actually M 358 and it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it's a generic for Vicodin and is a narcotic analgesic. Was told it was buspar but can't find it in the pill identifier. ## The reason this isn't listed in the pill identifiers is due to the fact that it's an over the counter product. This tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it's just a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol that's used to treat pain, fever and headaches.
