I found taking fish oil (omega 3 tablets) and/or flax seed tablets very helpful. Reduced and then eliminated knee pain. Can also grind small quantities of flax seed and refrigerate it. Added a spoonful to my food. My doctor recommended Celadrin. That's very effective too.

Found this pill and was wondering if anyone may know what it is. It's white elongated with an omega symbol on one side and s20 on the other with a line in the middle separating the s and 20. ## Hello, Guy! How are you? I'm sorry, but so far, I've been unable to find anything that matches this description. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

Hi, I'm 17 and I've just started taking Magnesium, Calcium, Omega-3 fish oil and Iron supplements for anxiety/stress, to improve mood, energy and overall health. I've done a bit of research on these but have questions about when and how to take them and want to make sure it's safe to take these everyday until I feel better. Also I would like to know if anyone has any advice and experience on taking one or more of these. I especially want to take magnesium & omega 3 but I think that calcium and iron will also be helpful. I am not deficient in iron or calcium but I know that I have slightly low levels but doctor said it wouldn't affect me but I would take them anyway. The calcium I am taking - contains calcium carbonate 1500mg and vitamin D3. Twice a day, to be taken

Is it safe to take codesoft while planning for pregancy. ## Hi Pinky, Well it looks like Codesoft is simply a combination of Evening Primose Oil (cod liver oil) and vitamin E; which in my opinion is safe to take while planning for pregnancy. This isn't a drug (it can be found in many whole foods, like cod, salmon, etc.) and unless you are somehow allergic to Vitamin E or Omega 3 fatty acid then this is fine to take at any time. I am not a doctor, but since these are natural ingredients found in common food there shouldn't be any risks. Keep in mind eating fresh whole foods is a much better option than supplementing single ingredients. ## Respect Sir, With in one month my left breast in small tumor with pain I am consult 2 doctor, Suggest first doctor operation but second doctor ...

I want to know about intralipid IV. How is it helped for ill people? ## Intralipid IV 20% serves as an energy source in people for whom the usual I.V. therapy would not be adequate, and acts as a source of essential fatty acids to prevent essential fatty acid deficiency. The 20% stands for (20% I.V. Fat Emulsion). Also available are 10%, and 30% Intralipids. From my own nutritional knowledge, EFA's (essential fatty acids) are also crucial for weight loss and/or muscle management. (Up to) 40% of your daily fat intake should be from essential fatty acids. So if you are ill from EFA deficiency, then I would recommend either a natural way to combat it by consuming more foods rich in Omega-3, such as salmon or flaxseed; or buying the lowest dosage of Intralipid, because many people alrea...

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE INDICATION OF MAXEPA, VARIOUS SKIN DISEASE IN WHICH MAXEPA CAN BE PRESCRIBE? ## MaxEPA contains omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, this is a supplement used to make sure you are getting enough of these essential nutrients, since they are not produced by the body in any way and we have to get then through our diets. A lack of them can cause various health problems, including some skin disorders. Is there anything else I can help you with?
