My bp ranges between 120-135 n 80-95... My pulse rate is between 90 n 110. I used to take seloken XL50 mg.. now doctor Has shifted me to Telma 40 mg. What is the difference between this and nurokind od? ## Nurokind and Nurokind OD both contain the active ingredient Methylcobalamin, however the OD tab is a sublingual preparation, which means you let it dissolve under your tongue for faster absorption into the body. Can I take Neurokind plus on a regular basis. 1 tab daily as my right hand begins to shake while writing.When I consulted the doctor I was asked to take a test of D3 and B12. Both I am deficient. Hence Doc prescribed D3 tab 1/wk and Neurokind Plus 1/daily. Would like to know whether both the above supplements are safe to be taken on regular basis and whether it will solve my hand from shaking when writing/signing

I have been a patient of hypertension for last 16 yrs. It remained within normal range with regular medication. During May-June'11 the BP was higher despite medication. On July 1, I felt trouble in speech. My doctors suspected a mild stroke but there was no sign in the vocal cord. The tightness of speech was also noticed one day only. However, a CT scan of brain revealed chronic Ischemic lesions. My blood lipid profile is normal.
