It is non-narcotic but can still make you tired so be careful. It is typically used for muscle strain, back strains etc. ## MP58 is one of the Watson lab generic designations for Soma. My Doctor prescribed Doxycycline ww27 20mg it is a green pill. I've been using Doxycycline mp573 20mg a white pill. The difference is the green pill, since I've been taking them about 4 days my mouth is in such pain. I stopped using them. There is a tag on script bottle that the color and shape is different but is the same pill. The phamacy made the change are they the same. ## How many days did you take the pills so that you were cured? ## Jerry, can you please double check the markings? A tablet with marking of WW27 is listed a being blue and containing 20mgs of Dicyclomine, which is most commonly used to treat conditions such as IBS, it is manufactured by West-Ward.
