It's a blue pill that looks like Viagra. Says ULTRA on one side and is blank on the other. Package said 100 mg sildenafil. Can anyone verify its contents? ## Unfortunately, being from Mexico, I cannot verify the contents of this tablet. However, I can tell you that Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, runny nose, and priapism. Is there anything else I can help with? ## It is not Viagra. My wife uses it 3 times a day to stop pain in her stomach lining. It works great and no side effects
ITS A SMALL WHITE PILL WITH ULTRA ON ONE SIDE AND JUST A LINE THREW THE PILL ON THE OTHER SIDE ## I haven't been able to find a listing for any tablets with just ULTRA on them in the prescription drug databases that I searched. This makes me suspect that it's probably something that's available over the counter, I know GNC makes several nutritional supplements that are sold under the Ultra name, so it may be one of those, but I can't be sure. Learn more Vitamin details here. Where was it found, as in the general location? ## I GOT A WHITE PILL WITH ULTRA ON ONE SIDE AND JUST A LINE ON THE OTHER SIDE IT CAME FROM MEXICO ## It is diclofenac. It's just small white round and says 'ultra' on one side and the other side just has a preforated line to break in half Every time I go to Mexico mi suegra gives me all these pills for anything from anti bitoics to allergies etc. I don't know what any of them are for ## Hi, Sarita! Mexico really doesn't have any strict regulatory agency for medications, so they aren't tracked, they aren't required to log imprints anywhere and etc. The best suggestion I can make is that the next time they give them to you, perhaps mark down what they say each is and what it's for….or just dispose of them, after you leave. Does anyone recognize the one that's been mentioned? ## I got a round lime green pill that says ultra on one side and the other is a line throu...
I found this blue diamond shape with the word "Ultra" on one side, I would like to know what's this pill for. ## Hi Katie, From what I could gather, a blue diamond shaped pill with "Ultra" on one side, is reported to be a Mexican version of generic Viagra (sildenafil citrate). This medication is used for treating ED. Rumors suggest that this particular pill is allegedly being sold in Mexico at various cruise ports...Although there's no real way to verify this outside of going to Mexico, these two threads linked below seem to be the only leads I can find that mention this pill: 1). Discuss/ULTRA-pill-250290.htm?srcq=blue+pill+ultra 2). Discuss/blue-diamond-shape-pill-ultra-272443.htm?srcq=blue+pill+ultra Hope this info helps! ## Thank you David. One more question,...
I found tablets in my medicine cabinet that don't have a prescription label. They are blue, diamond-shaped, slightly rounded & are imprinted with ULTRA. They look like Viagra. Could this be a generic? They came home from Algodones with my husband. ## Hi Sher, If these pills are really from Mexico, then I think the only verifiable way to identify their contents would be through a lab analysis. At the moment, I'm not aware of any other types of pills that share a similar depiction to Viagra other than counterfeits, foreign and perhaps some generic versions... From my observations, the maker of Viagra pretty much branded / trade marked the whole blue diamond shaped tablet concept and now whenever I see this description I'm almost always able to make this assumption. But for...
Trying to figure out what this pill is from a photo. Doesn't seem to have any markings on it but might be on the other side of the pill, however there are multiple pills in the photo and no markings on any of them. It seems to be a dark blue/purple color on half and the other half is cream tinted white. If you have any idea what this could be please help!! I don't believe the person who posted the photo is taking it for medical reasons so I'd also like to know if it might be a street drug?? Thank you ## Sounds like the same ones I got while in Mexico. They are tylenol/codeine. ## Mexican ultram/tramadol. Its a non opiod pain med used alot more since opiods are strongly abused. ## I see each of the last two posts are stating that this is something different than what the othe...
I was given this drug in Mexico after a serious accident. What is the difference in this drug and ordinary Tramadol? My physician in the states has prescribed regular Tramadol for pain of arthritis and fibromyalgia. ## The medication from Mexico contained both Ketorolac and Tramadol. Ketorolac is a potent nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Tramadol is a relatively mild opiate narcotic that is just used to treat pain. Putting an NSAID, with the Narcotic tends to enhance the analgesic effects. As similar medication that is available in the U.S. would be Ultracet, which is also available as a generic, it couples the Tramadol with Acetaminophen. Is there anything else I can help with? ## My back is killing me can I I take diabetic pills and I take high b...
