I'm going to try and reach Qualitest Pharmaceuticals (formerly Vintage Pharmaceuticals) to see if V 3500 is in their product line. Lastly, is there any way that you could be misreading the 3500? It is known that a pink tablet with V on one side and 3600 on the other is a generic Vicodin containing Acetaminophen 500 mg + Hydrocodone 10 mg. Hope this helps!

If so then this tablet contains 300mgs of Acetaminophen and 60mgs of Codeine, it is a narcotic pain reliever and may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, constipation and drowsiness. Orange pill says kali on it ## I believe you got the markings completely wrong on this pill. The imprint 280 Kali is the only one that fits your description. My guess is, the marking on your pill must've been smudged off to a degree that is not very legible. Anyhow, Citalopram hydrobromide (10 mg) is the pill I located it to be. I didn't find any problems or interactions listed between the Methylprednisolone and Soma, however, taking Ibuprofen with the Methylprednisolone can increase his risk of stomach ulceration, according to the FDA and taking Soma with Tramadol may increase the amount of sedation he experiences, so he may experience a lot of dizziness and drowsiness. I just filled a script for hydrocodon/acetaminophine 10-500, The pills say 3500 on it instead of 3600, but they still have a V. Did I get the right pills from the pharmacist? ## Your best bet is to just ask the pharmacist. ## What you have might be the 7.5 mg Hydrocodone dose. If you are reluctant to take it then what I would suggest is going back to the pharmacy with it and telling them that the imprint code is different from your previous prescription. My doctor has recently become hesitant to give me Soma with the combined drugs and wants me to use a different Muscle Relaxer. Is there a new law coming to NY to prevent doctors from prescribing the three drugs together? The pill is round yellow on one side with 350 on it, and the back side of the pill is plain white. ## Hi Jennifer, Based on your description, I came across an image of a small round pill (half yellow/half white) with the number 350 in black print on one side and blank on the other. However two different photographs (courtesy of CVS) depict the "350" potentially being on either-colored half and one side remaining blank, which is probably common in the manufacturing process I'd imagine.
