Is this the brand name product? ## The only A M pill I located that is white is Trimethadione 300 mg which is used as a seizure medication. Is there any other inscriptions on the pill? I found five tiny (less than 1/8 diameter) round white tablets, each with a 4 imprinted on one side and nothing on the other in our bedroom. Neither my husband or I have any idea where they came from. We have no kids. Only a neighbor has been in the house feeding our cat in the last week. I hate to ask her if these are her drugs. Can you identify them? ## There are a number of different meds out there with just the # 4 on them, but the closest match based on your description is most likely Ibuprofen 400 mg. Only 1/2 of pill remains. The digits 65 occur below the score line. fairly small pill with overall length estimated at 1/2 in. and total thickness at 1/4 in.
