Hi. I have been taking t-3's for about 4 yrs, not daily. When i went to the drugstore to pick up my script i was given lenoltec-3. Now i find they are not as effective and mixed with my zoloft, i feel a mild downer mood wise. Thank you so much. ## Are there any serious side effects associated with this medicine called Ratio-Lenoltec No. 3 (acetaminophen 300mg + caffeine 15mg + codeine 30mg)? Can this cause severe heartburn? I took two tablets at approx. 9:10pm last nite and I woke up with what I assumed to be severe heartburn at around 12:15am that lasted about 2.5 hours.

Sad to see this drug has made its way back to the market. It was previously marketed as Bendectin, Debendox, Lenotan. My mam took it while pregnant with me in the 70's I was born with my right hand missing. No drug is safe during pregnancy. very tiny white round pill, E 24 on one side and nothing on the other side ## This is generic diphenoxylate 2.5mg/atropine sulfate .025mg. It is generic for Lenox (Lomotil, I believe is another name brand). The medication is used for diarrhea, chronic colitis. Be careful not to get too dehydrated, possible blurred vision, fainting, marked drowsiness. Do not drink with this medication.
