A large round white pill with NL 2S imprint. tastes minty. but not sure what it is. I need to know as the pill has turned up completely out of the blue in our house, and need to identify it before i start accusing anyone. Large, about the size of my thumb, pill from Mexico. I'm pretty sure it is an antibiotic. Probably ciprofloxacin but I want to be sure. It was put in a contudol diclofenaco bottle because the pharmacy said it would not pass the boarder in the orginal bottle. It is scored on one side and no other markings (numbers or letters) ## The pharmacy didn't tell you what it was? Without any markings, it is going to be difficult to identify. Problems like this are just one of the hazards of buying medications from Mexico, there is also no way to be certain of their purity and safety.

Round white pill, rather large, quite smooth, not grainy like other meds. Blank on one side with an imprint 121 in the middle on the other. The C imprint is almost a full circle and is indented in letter. It is slightly off white. It is smooth and blank on opposite side. it is also fairly thin. Please help, need to know level of danger here since I have brought my kids to this park before. Thank you!! This is a large round white pill with markings only on one side. It's imprinted with a N and a C and is partially scored between the letters. I was prescribed this medication while in Singapore and although I know it's a muscle relaxer with caffeine added, which is randon, I can't remember what the prescribing Dr said the muscle relaxant was. I found a zip lock with 2 pills - larger than an asprin, very smooth almost shinny outside. The pills have light tan / reddish specks on the outside but pure white when cut in half. Trying to identify a large round white pill that says TCL 415 in a circular fashion around the whole pill. The back is smooth with no scoring. ## It appears that Lou is correct. What is it? ## This one took some tracking down, because it is an over the counter item and the company has just recently switched to this imprint from their prior one of GDC. This is a generic or store brand of Tums containing Calcium Carbonate, which is used to treat heartburn, acid indigestion and similar conditions. So nothing to really worry about. P with a circle around it ## That's a pretty vague imprint and it's going to be hard to narrow down what this is. There is a similar logo on Primatene pills, however, they are round, not oval and they are also yellow. That said, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? Can you provide anymore information on it?
