small blue, six-sided pill with no markings?? ## Hello, Doug! How are you? Since it doesn't have any markings, we can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription tablet. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products and there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. I've found some large white pills with blue specks. No imprint except a large "score" on one side right in the center. ??? Confused. ## All manufactured prescription tablets in the U.S. are required to have unique imprints to enable their identification, so we can rule this out as being a prescription medication. That means that it is most likely an over the counter product of some type. I'll do some searching and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this product? What is your general location? Some over the counter products are regional, so that may help to narrow it down.

fairly large dark blue oval pill with no writing ## I'm sorry but if there are no markings on the tablet, it will be impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. There are many pills on the market that meet this description, a lot of them are various vitamin supplements. Was it found in the U.S.?

I recently found this pill in my house, unfortunatly it was in half and I could just make out the first two numbers. ## Without the complete imprint, it is going to be hard to narrow down what this is. I tried doing searches for both pills with markings starting with 10 and ending with 01 and I am not finding any matches for dark blue tablets. There is the possibility that it's something available over the counter and that makes it even more difficult. Are you located in the U.S.? Does anyone else have any ideas of what this might be?

Found a clear, sealed, plastic bag with four different unidentified pills (no imprints or markings). They're all different sizes but two are elliptical - one reddish maroon and one with gray, white, and blue specks. The other two are sort of rectangular/elliptical and one is a lighter yellow and the other is tan with orange or red specks.
