ketosteril was prescribed by my doctor in treatment of suspected kidney failure. A few months before my creatinine is 1.68 goes to 2.14 then I take ketoanalogues +essential amino acids. Renalog for 3 months my creatinine level goes down to 1.30. Should I stop taking this med. I am already taking dialysis for almost a year,is it possible to drink ketosteril if i am already in dialysis? ## Have you discussed it with your doctor? Ketosteril is usually given to people who are pre-dialysis, it contains Ketoanalogues and amino acids. I wouldn't suggest trying anything without your doctor's approval.
