I found a off white/biege tablet in floor. On one side its got like an A with Rx symbol (like the medicine cup thing) with letter TE below. Flip side only has scored mark. ## I checked several databases and haven't been able to find a listing for this among U.S. prescription medications. Found mixed with rx bottle of Toprol XL 100mg EQ tabs. Bottle was labeled and contains Ethex brand eq tablets. The patient also has had Toprol XL 50mg and 100mg brand name tablets within the last year or so from more than one pharmacy. The m is very similar to the m on the toprol tablet with the AMO marking. I found a little white round tablet with capital EM and 50 beneath it. The pill is scored on the reverse side horizontally and vertically (for breaking the pill into four pieces).
