Dark Green or Black round pill, only thing it has on it is either L1, LI, or 17 imprinted. Its a little bit bigger than the size of a pencil eraser. Have had no luck whatsoever on identifiers. ## did you find this? I have the same one in my house ## This tablet contains 65mgs of Ferrous Sulfate, an Iron supplement. I have found a jade green round tablet with AX on it. Not sure where it has came from or what it is. If anyone could help would be great ## I found a couple of light green oval pills with just AX on one side nothing but a line through the pill on the other I cannot find it anywhere on the web. Before I freak out more accusing my SO that it's some sort of narcotic I'd like to kno for sure what it is. I haven't been able to find a listing for anything matching this description, so far and that means that you may be right, it could be an over the counter product of some type. Where was it found? JYTEJTR HHJYGFSDJKUHBGDD ## Hi Jack, I'm really not sure what you are trying to say in your post there since it looks like giberish, but as far as your main thread title goes regarding a "CxN" tablet, this might be Comtrex Cold & Cough for nighttime. Comtrex for nighttime is a blue oblong pill imprinted "Cx N" on one side and blank on the other. Perhaps your pill description was just mistaken for green? If the tablet is Comtrex, it contains: Acetaminophen 325 mg Chlorpheniramine 2 mg Dextromethorphan 10 mg Phenylephrine 5 mg I hope this helps!

L 501 on one side, blank on the other. ## I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find anything matching this description, so far. Most tablets with the L followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, so that may be why it's difficult to identify. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

it was supposed to be a white pill, levothyroxine 50 mcg. however I received green oblong pill with 9 and 3 on one side and 7 3 6 5 onb the other side. the size is also bigger than the white pill I took for years ## Wow! It's a very good thing that you noticed. A green, oblong tablet with 93 on one side and 7365 on the other is a 50mg Losartan tablet. This is an ARB that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Learn more Losartan details here.
