I have been taking minastrin foe 6 months now. I always have a normal period while on the brown pills. This month I haven't had anything. I was intimate on the last day of what would of been a brown, I don't take brown since I was told that are inactive. I am on day 3 of white pills on a new pack and still no period. They are mainly intended to give your body super nutrition so that when you bear a child, you won't become too iron or calcium deficient. Also, I've heard that hair and nails grow stronger, and there are some women who take prenatal vitamins all the time, not just when they are pregnant. I may be wrong about the no hormone part, since there are so many different kinds out there. If anybody hears otherwise, please let me know!
