My insurance overrode my treating physician. They changed my Cyclobenzaprene, a small round yellow (MP 283), to a cyclobenzaprine, (577) a same size white pill. I only took this medication when I needed it. And I was comfortable with what I used before. It worked for me. I also take Hydrocodone 7.5 mg. (again ., only when I need it). I've been on this program for over two decades. DOI 11/96. Was this decision made with my well being in mind or financial interests? ## Hello, Cee Jay! How are you doing? Are you sure your insurance company made this decision and it wasn't just your pharmacy? It is normal for any pharmacy to change the generic they carry depending on which company is offering the cheapest price via their distributor, whenever they have to restock their supply, of an...

How are you? No, they are both listed by their respective manufacturers, Breckenridge Pharmaceutical and InvaGen Pharmaceuticals as containing 5mgs of Cyclobenzaprine. With generics, when one from a different manufacturer is smaller, it's usually because they've used different inactive fillers and is nothing to worry about. Some people cannot gain weight simply with diet and exercise the same way obese people cannot lose weight with diet and exercise as well. Its our bodies our choice of what we want. The only Flexeril tablet I can find with 283 on it is round, a yellowish/peachish color and also has the letters IG. I haven't found any with an M and 283, in any NIH identification listing. Can you please double check the imprint? What color is the pill in question? Found a very small, peach-colored pill. Has the number 282 on one side, and "IG" on the other. I think it's a 5mg flexeril, but would like confirmation please. ? ## Hi Kathleen, From what I could gather, a round peach pill marked with IG on one side and 282 on the other, is reportedly identified as a 5mg Cyclobenzaprine tablet - the generic for Flexeril. Apparently it's a muscle relaxer but has an off-label use for fibromyalgia as well. And for added verification, this pill is listed as being manufactured by a company called InvaGen Pharma. It also carries a National Drug Code of 68462-0552. I hope this info helps!

Is there a difference in pills marked 283 and 2632? ## Hello, Billie! How are you? The tablet with the marking IG 283 is manufactured by InvaGen Pharmaceuticals and the one with the 2632 V marking is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, both of these companies list them as containing 10mgs of Cyclobenzaprine. The FDA classifies this as a muscle relaxant that is used to treat the pain and spasms associated with sprains, strains and injuries. Typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. This is a generic medication and it is very common for them to be manufactured by several different companies. Can I take Oxycodone with I G 233 ## Hello, Tammy! How are you? Is it the yellowish beige tablet with the IG 283 on it? That tablet is manufactured by InvaGen Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Cyclobenzaprine, which is a muscle relaxant. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. They can be taken together, as long as your doctor approves, but they both can increase sedation, so you may experience more dizziness and drowsiness than normal. How are you? This tablet is manufactured by InvaGen Pharmaceuticals and they do list them as containing 10mgs of Cyclobenzaprine. That may be why you had trouble finding them, the marking is actually ig 283, with capital letters, so that's not a 1. How are you? Actually, you'd be better of with the Ibuprofen if your doctor approves of you taking it, since it is classified by the FDA as an NSAID that is used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation. Cyclobenzaprine, however, is a muscle relaxant, not an analgesic, so it won't do anything to help with a toothache. I take Tri-Sprintec and I was wondering if missing the last 2 white pills in the package (for Friday and Saturday made any difference at all and if it's okay for me to just ignore those and begin my next package which starts Sunday? By not taking the last 2 white pills, will my period stop for the last 2 days of my cycle? ## The last week of pills in the Tri-Sprintec 28 day pack are inactive, and can be skipped, however, this will not alter the duration of your period, it should still last as long as it normally does, unless your doctor states otherwise. Ref: Tri-Sprintec Information The FDA lists the typical side effects of hormonal contraceptives as possibly including nausea, dizziness, weight changes, mood changes, and irregular vaginal bleeding.

My husband and I have been TTC for the last 6 years. No success. In the beginning I had blocked Fallopian tubes. Which I managed to unblock for the last couple of years, and still no success. We kind of ignored the whole thing. Now last time I had my period was 01/04/2016. I took 5 pregnancy tests, & they are all negative. Last one was this morning (03/13/16). I am a regular (26-28 days cycle) and the only time I missed a period, when I was pregnant with my 1st child 12 years ago. I have no symptoms. I do get a discharge here and there. Especially, when I am exercising, it is thick, stringy and brown. I saw my doctor yesterday and she requested a blood test. Btw, on 01/22/16 I had a pap-smear done & on 02/05/16 a transvaginal ultrasound. Which worries me if I am pregnant. Will t...

Small round white pill. 236 on one side and 16 on the other ## Are you absolutely sure of the imprint? I can find nothing with that imprint in what you describe. There are 236 and 286 imprint pills but nothing with 16, IP, ip, etc. I don't believe they are from the U.S. Since the imprint doesn't match the U.S. Ones. Wish I could help more. I tried just looking at the 236 but still didn't find much. None I found were a narcotic, that's for sure, but that doesn't mean they are safe! ## Is is possible that the imprint is IG 238? If so that tablet is listed by InvaGen Pharmaceuticals as containing 5mgs of Amlodipine, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea...

I used to bleed clots the 1/2 size of the palm of my hand, cramp and lay in bed 2 weeks, wear adult diapers over my pads and tampons, be extremely unpredictable with emotions and thoughts from minute to minute. I suffered like this from age 14-28. No pills worked. I got diagnosed with an ovarian tumor, and within the surgical removal my OB found Endometriosis and PCOS, double whammy. Then I met Loestrin . 100% changedy life! It was like curing a chronic DISEASE!!!!! Now I'm forced, like the rest of you, to get on Minastrin. I absolutely approached it open mindedly but had a tiny bit of fear. I tried to ignore the pill and the fact it was new just so I was sure I wasn't psyching myself out. ============= 2 MONTHS into MINASTRIN======= •••Vaginal discharge/ yeast...
