My daughter saw a neighbor drop these and there is no numbers or markings on the pills; he is very secret and does not talk to anyone and is sneaky ## and they are white and round ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what they may be. We can rule them out as being U.S. manufactured prescription tablets, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. However, they could be any one of a large number of over the counter products and there is also a small chance that they could be a foreign medication. My best advice would be to just see that they are properly disposed of. Is there anything else I can help with?

We found a oblong white pill with three lines on one side no letters or numbers. No idea. ## @Danny, I know most legitimate prescription and over the counter meds are required by law to have letters, numbers, and/or symbols that are indicative of the manufacturer, substance, and dosage. So based on your description, these do come across to me as being some sort of foreign or counterfeit version of a Buspar or Xanax tablet. However, without having any verifiable markings outside of the three lines, you'd probably have to have it analyzed by a lab in order to know for certain. Would you say the lines are more like score lines (divids) or are they actually printed in ink? ## I have a Xanax pill with 3 lines and no letters or numbers on both sides. It's from Mexico. Do you think thi...
It is a white round pill with a p on one side and an n underlined on the other ## Hi Billy, Based on your description, the closest match I'm seeing is an oval white prenatal multivitamin pill with an imprint that looks like this: "P | N". Both letters are on the same front facing side of the pill, but there is a score line dividing them down the center. So when you say "an n underlined on the other", are you referring to the other-half of the frontside where the "P" is or is it on the backside of the pill? I hope that makes sense. Just trying to narrow down the search results and I think this additional piece of info may be helpful. ## A small white pill with a P on one side and an underlined N on the other side is a birth control pill. small round pill withn b325and a line with nothin underneath, and nothing on the otherside ## I was given this pill with a new prescription for the hyoscyamine sulfate pill that I take for difficulty in swallowing and discomfort in the throat area. The B 325 pill is larger, does not dissolve immediately, and I am afraid to take it. Are they for totally different symptoms? The only difference is that the new pill (B 325) says hyoscyamine sulfate 0.125 mg tab, when my regular pill says hyoscyamine sulfate 0.125 mg taeth. Don't understand.
