My daughter saw a neighbor drop these and there is no numbers or markings on the pills; he is very secret and does not talk to anyone and is sneaky ## and they are white and round ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what they may be. We can rule them out as being U.S. manufactured prescription tablets, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. However, they could be any one of a large number of over the counter products and there is also a small chance that they could be a foreign medication. My best advice would be to just see that they are properly disposed of. Is there anything else I can help with?

So based on your description, these do come across to me as being some sort of foreign or counterfeit version of a Buspar or Xanax tablet. However, without having any verifiable markings outside of the three lines, you'd probably have to have it analyzed by a lab in order to know for certain. Both letters are on the same front facing side of the pill, but there is a score line dividing them down the center. Adding to this difficulty is the fact that it is a foreign medication. Most other countries, especially Mexico, do not regulate their medications as strictly as the U.S. and Canada. Plz help what is this??? ## Hi Rae, Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a round white pill marked with "G" over "421" on one side, and blank on the other. There is also a horizontal score line on the side with the markings. This particular pill is identified as a 2.5mg Midodrine HCl tablet; which is used to treat hypotension. If there is in fact a "C" on your pill as well, then I'm not sure what it might be... but if you could please double check the imprint that would be great. NOTE: the size of the pill is also supposed to be approximately 7.00 mm I hope this info helps!
