I will like to know what is a strong pain killer that I could talk yo my dentist, I got 12 teeth pulled out @ once and I been hurtting so bad, can't eat or sleep. I have a throbbing pain, they gave me loracet 10/650. Its just not helping, I had taking vicodin for a long period if time due to allot if kidney problems, stones & infections. I have a right below the knee amputation due to a land mine that happened in 1968, have never needed pain meds up until 2 to 3 years ago at which time my doc prescribed hydroc/apap 10-650 mg--formerly lortab.Now it has been changed to the same thing only in a 10-325 mg which from what I have been told was due to a change in the law Jan 2014-the 10-650 did a fair job if I oook one every 4 hrs of course the 10-325 do not seem to help very much, have about a 8 out of ten on the pain chart. My wife was given Oxycod/ap 5-325 when she had Cancer surgery, I have taken some of the leftovers and can go 8 to 10 hrs without much pain at all. Propoxyphene has also just been pulled from the market, due to the cardiac problems it can cause. What is the difference between Darvocet N APAP 100-650 and Hydrocodone 500 mg? ## There is no Hydrocodone 500mg...it comes in 5mg 7.5mg or 10mg.. You people shouldn't mess with drugs cause obviously you have no clue...and there both weak as s*** by the way. ## Fentanyl is a very serious drug, and it is 10 to 20 x more powerful than morphine. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF MEDICINE THE BRAND I GAVE U IS GIVING OUT ON THE HYDROCOD/APAP 10/650 MG TAB,AND WHAT COLOR ITS SUPPOSE TO BE AND IF ITS THE REAL THING OF LORTAB! ## So I checked for the Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals site and it appears that they were acquired by Coviden. So then I went there and checked their product catalog, and it appears that they do manufacture a Hydrocodone 10 mg + Acetaminophen (APAP) 650 mg tablet. It is oblong and light blue with a score mark on one side and the imprint M 361 on the other [1]. Does that sound like what you have? If not, can you please post back with a description of what you have and I can try to look it up. I have been taking HYDROCO/APAP TAB 10-650 TH the description on the bottlte says "blue scored oblong tablet side 1: M361 Side 2: The pills I rec'd are a smaller oblong white pill with a large V on one side ane other side is scored with 35 on one side of score and 92 on other side of score. These do not give me any relief what does the description tell you? ## The V 3592 is acetaminophen/hydrocodone 500 mg/5 mg. ## That is correct, the tablets with the 3592 V marking are a lower strength, containing only 5mgs of the Hydrocodone and 500mgs of the Acetaminophen. Have you contacted your pharmacy about this? ## Yes I did contact the pharmacy twice and the pharmacist both times claimed that they were the 10/650 just a generic brand by a different drug company, thanks for your reply
