Because that also contains an antibiotic to eradicate the H. Pylori bacteria. What is the best time in the morning i.e. empty stomach, before breakfast etc. & same at night before dinner OR after dinner OR before going to bed.....etc.

I have already HP kit for h Pylori value 1.0496 for 10days still problem starts using hp kit for 5 days and pantop hp for remaining 5 days still having problem
