How To Dry Wet Pills

I was cleaning my coffee pot with vinegar & water and it spilled out on my counter. My prednisone pills 10 milligrams were in a paper envelope. Most of them got wet and looks like they dissolved a little. But I took them out of the envelope to dry. Some of them fall apart when I pick them up. Is it still safe to take these. They were given to me for a cough from sinus and allergies. ## I have follow up test every six month for cancer n removal of right kidney. Because fifteen years ago I had reaction to iodine. I have to take 50 mg 13 hrs before test then 50 mg 7 hours before the test n 50 mg 1 hr before test. Also I take 50 mg of Benadryl 1 hr before procedure. Nothing else to come off it. I have about 10 pills that are powder and 9 in pill form, but will bust into dust if I'm not careful when picking them up. Will they still work like they should? ## I don't know what type of medication you're referring to, but if the tablets became powder, then my main personal concern would be accidentally taking too much. It just seems to me like it would be difficult to measure out an approximate dosage of powder relative to the normal tablet size/composition; unless you know the proper weight and size. Just a simple question, if a tablet is not labled to be dissolved in water, can you disolve it in water anyway to make it easier to swallow? My opened bottle of Armour Thyroid spilled in to my damp sink. I quickly put them on a soft clean cloth to dry. Have they lost their potency? Some pills were pretty wet. ## Hello, Faye! How are you? My Oxycodone 30 mg blue pills got wet, they dried out & now are twice the size they should be & no writing is on them. Got vidicon wet in washer will they.still work ## It really depends on how we they got and how much of the tablets started to dissolve. My wife has dry gangrene on her right leg and she is also a kidney failure and on dialaysis for the past 8 years. ahe also has her heart bypass 3 years ago. I'm coming to the end of my first year of using Estring. It has definitely helped with severe vaginal dryness. I noticed the smell someone else mentioned above but that seems to have stopped. My new concern is that I seem to have excessive wetness from the vagina. It's almost to the point of my questioning if I have incontinence but it is clearly coming from vagina. It's causing a lot of crustiness of the pubic hair around the area. Most unpleasant. As I consider other options they're all equally expensive and the rest seem even messier. I somehow spilled coke into my bottle of oxycodone 10 mg. I know dumb right. I didn't spill enough to mess it all up. It still has some form to it. Script got wet n now is like a wet paste mess. What's the best way to dry this out. ## There really isn't one, either way some of the active ingredient will be lost and you're likely to end up with some mold and mildew by trying to dry it out.
