I am a Methadone patient. My clinic does random drug tests once a month. They send urine to a lab but just for the standard test and only upon false positives and other rare circumstances they have the lab extensively test (this is done rarely for the clinic is cheap, seriously). I took 30mg Adderall through the day Friday and stopped by 5:00 pm. The soonest I can be tested is this Tuesday. What is the likelihood of the results being positive?
