I pulled my calf, so after a week decided to get the injection. I was taking same formula but in pills presentation, which in the past has worked great for back pain. Besides the DX, the box I have says “lidocaina” which I am assuming is Lidocaine, a pain relief drug. Tribedoce is just classified by the FDA as a B complex vitamin, so it won't treat pain. B vitamins can support nerve health, but they will not work like analgesics do.
