My grandma has been taking prednisone 10mg a day for almost a month. She just all of a sudden stopped taking them because she felt better. Now she's having pain in her leg. Hi, recently i have dandruff on my head and also i am losing my hair. Doctor told me to use Betnovate-CL ointment 10 grams (Clotrimazole BP 1.0% and Betamethasone [as valerate] BP0.1 &) with hair oil in night twice a week. I want to know that is it good for my hair and when would i wash my hair after applying it? ## I have had viral wart on my face on the side of left lower lip. It was removed and has an injury. I suffered from infection hence my doctor subscribed fladazole tabs 2grams to be taken once then after taking the medication i found out i was pregnant around 2 weeks i have read that secnidazole present in fladazole tabs causes fetus malformation. Now i am 5 weeks pregnant should i continue with the pregnancy to prevent any deformation in my child and save it from suffering or is it fine to carry on with the pregnancy as the period in which i took the medicine in would not have a negative effect on the fetus? ## I cannot tell you whether or not you should carry to full term, that is something you will need to discuss with your doctor. What's the comparison between extra strength Tylenol at 500 mg and Tylenol 3 ## Hello, Cathy! How are you? Tylenol 3 actually contains 300mgs of Acetaminophen and 30mgs of Codeine. The FDA lists this as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Thus, you really can't compare it to regular over the counter Tylenol, that only contains Acetaminophen. Has this been prescribed for you?

Hi. I'm 17. My boyfriend and I did it last January 2 and he came inside me. I can't clearly remember when was my last period but based from my boyfriend's story, he told me that nagkaroon ako noong Dec. 17. So I calculated that maybe, my last period was Dec. 19 or 20. At kung titingnan, it is my 13th or 14th day since my last period so I think that it is safe. But then I still took 10 pcs of 500mg of Vitamin C the day after we had the intercourse and then I learned about Nordette on the 2nd day after we did it. So basically, I took 4 pills yesterday and 4 pills last night. Will Nordette still work even if I took Vitamin C? And how will I know if it worked? Please answer. Thank you

There are several green, triangular pills on the market and not all of them contain Alprazolam, the active ingredient in Xanax. I was depressed I guess and took about 45-50 1 grams of Xanax (Alprazolam) at one time. I overdosed and the doctors told me its a miracle I survived and didn't have a seizure. ## The problem is Xanax is a psychological drug and this is not good to do. If you would have in fact taken 50 grams (not milligrams?) you couldn't have survived. I once was going through some problems and did something similar. I used MiraLax for my colonoscopy prep yesterday. Mixed 238 grams with 64 oz of Lemon-Lime Gatorade G2. I have have 5 of these tests in the past 25 years and this was the best tasting but after 6 of the 8 glasses of 8 oz mixture got very nauseous and threw up 5 times. I was supposed mix another 32 oz later but there was no way I couldn't take any more, canceled my apointment. Feeling about 75% better now after 12 hours.

I'm on all these is it safe to take them 150 milligrams of wellbutrin, 500 of seroquel, 2 to 5 milgrams of lorazpan, and 7.5 nil grams of mirtazapine ## Have they all been prescribed for you? Most of these tend to increase sedation, so you shouldn't combine them, without your doctor's approval. The Wellbutrin can also increase the effect of the Mirtazapine, so your doctor should be monitoring you regularly, while taking them both. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, sedation, dry mouth and weight changes. The Lorazepam also carries the risk of being habit forming.
