Is it harmful to take vitamin c 2000mg per day? I'm going to take glutathione pills for whitening skin. Its required to take double amount of vitamin c while taking glutathione. It is a blue and white capsule.There is nothing written on it. It came in a white bottle.I wrote the name down Lentogesic. I really need to know for sure if this is addictive or not.
