recently I was affected by jaundice and I lost a couple of weights coz I was only supposed to take bread, kanji or resk. now,m coming to a normal state and my question is... can I take strength plus after my jaundice gets completely cured.....will it helps to gain weight??? ## Hello, Citizen! How are you? Once it's cleared up, you'll most likely regain the weight in a short period of time, without using anything for assistance, your body just needs to be healthy, first. Thus, it would most likely be best to wait a bit, let the jaundice clear up and see whether or not you're gaining it back a few weeks after that. Is there anything else I can help with? ## hello verwon bro I was not that much bulky earlier(before jaundice)....just a normal or can be called as bit thin....but,...

Have been on 150mg for a while, now back on 50mg. I eat we'll and do ww but weights crept up, has anyone else found they gained weight and is it easy to still loose it x ## Hi Sara, Based on my research, "changes in weight" is listed as a general side effect of Sertraline. This could mean that it causes your weight to fluctuate up or down without any prior warning. Because this side effect can be unpredictable, it's not really something you can control outside of what you're already doing (exercising regularly and eating well). If it were me, I'd probably be focused on a lower fat diet and cutting out all refined sugars to help combat it as much as possible. But one can only do so much when the medication you're taking is going against your very efforts. You ...

Hlo , i am guru 5' 5" guy, my weight is now 40 kg how can i gain my weight, plz reply ## Hi Guru, Have you thought about supplementing with something that will increase or stimulate your appetite? There's really no other type of pill that can make you gain weight without experiencing the harsh side effects of steroids. So focusing primarily on your diet and caloric needs is probably going to be your best bet for gaining/maintaining the weight you desire. Health stores like GNC or Vitamin Shoppe also offer other alternatives like high calorie weight gainer shakes. Doing this along with lifting weights or strength training, should be ideal for putting on a significant amount of weight through muscle mass and not so much through fat. I hope this helps!

I am suffering from Bi-Polar Disorder and my Psychiatrist has given me following medicines. 1. Desval ER 250 2. Tetrafol 3. Pentamed 40 4. Soltus OD 100 5. Pacitane I am planning to take Steroids (Clenbuterol 40 and T3) to lose weights along with the medicines prescribed to me above. What precaution should I take while taking these medicines and Steroids. Gender: Male Age: 36 Height: 5 feet 8 inches. Weight: 90kgs. ## No, the steroids will not help with weight loss, they actually cause weight gain and mostly through fluid retention, which can be quite dangerous. If you want to lose weight, you need to discuss it with your doctor to find the best way for you to do so naturally and safely. What types of foods do you eat? How much exercise do you get? ## no clen an t3 are used by bodybuild...

I'm a 51 year old male, 6'2, 250 lbs. I used to be in incredible shape a few years back, activities included weight training, running, biking, and a short run as a professional beach volleyball player. Well, age, gravity, surgeries, etc have all taken a toll on my body, how I look and how I feel. I'm still fairly active, no major complaints other than some significant weight gain and my chronic lower back pain. I would love to get back some of the energy and vitality that I once had. I've seen the commercial ads touting the amazing benefits that older men gained from using HGH supplements, and just wondered if I could benefit as well? I just don't have the time or the energy to do those grueling bike runs, or press those monster weights anymore. If using HGH helps pi...
