Hi All, I just started 150mg Wellbutrin XR and 25mg zoloft 1 month ago for Binge Eating Disorder. I loved it! Trying to find the right combo though. 2 weeks ago I couldn't sleep at night. So I started Trazadone at night. It's a tad better but it lessens the Wellbutrin affect with my BED. I'm wondering how many take the instant release? Thinking maybe 75mg in the am and then half that the afternoon to help me sleep better. Any ideas? ## That might help, it really depends on what works for you, since all of us are different and may react differently to any given medication. It is something you could speak to your doctor about trying to see if they approve. The typical side effects of Wellbutrin are listed by the FDA as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia a...

I'm 36 yrs old (male), my Blood pressure level rises to max 150/100. and for my doctor prescribed me Metoprolol Succinate Extended-Release & Amlodipine 25/2.5 once daily at bed time, and i've been on this medication for the past four months. But still my BP level is not fully controlled and after the medication too, my BP level is @130/90. And i've been having some side effects too like dizziness, headache and my neck randomly becomes stiff. So i want to stop this medication and would like to try another prescription. but in doing so i want to know whether there would be any serious imbalance in my pressure level or any withdrawal symptoms? so i would like to get a feedback on this matter. thank you. ## Hello, Naga! How are you? You are never going to be able to check your...

I was put on Oxybutynin almost a year ago. It started because I have severe Crohns disease and woke up one morning after an extended flare up unable to walk. I went to the hospital and they found a blood clot inside my heart blocking off 90% of blood flow (amazing, I know.) Due to that and quickly dropping blood pressure I was forced to stay in bed for 5 weeks, then I slipped into a coma for 36 days. Being in a coma for that amount time they had put in a Foley. I had to stay on a Foley for 10 1/2 months straight. After removing it they said my bladder would struggle so this drug would help. It's been about a year since then, I've been in a wheelchair ever since. I'm hoping this background info will help anyone of you with my question. I have trouble remembering how well this...

Can you take 2 to make it 30mg ## Yes, the medication would be released into your body, just the same as if you took a 30mg extended release tablet, any fluctuation would be so slight as to not be noticeable or therapeutically significant. Learn more Morphine information here. It is not, however, safe to change your dosage without your doctor's approval, since this a narcotic and there can be risks associated with its use. Are there any other questions or comments? ## I was prescribed 15mg morphine er twice a day. I think that the night time pill disturbs my breathing at night. Can I reduce my dosage down to just one 15 mg pill in the morning? ## Maybe you should adjust the times you take your medication. My dr told me to take my morphine or Lortab at least 2 hrs before going to bed...

I have severe osteoporosis an current end plate fracture and 2 10/325 norco helped most of time but I was taking to much so they switched to diladid which didn't last more than two hours then switched to MS Contin 15 twice a day with Norco why through the MS Contin didn't do enough an was still taking to,much norco so they upped the MS Contin to 30mg twice day with only 4 norco a day for break through. Some day it work some days it doesn't it depends if I stay in bed or am up doing stuff. My question is I had gastric bypass an was always told not to take extended release an now they give it to me idk understand why. Also so days the MS Contin seems to help other days not so much I was wondering if my mal absorption impacts what I'm absorbing as far as the pain meds. Also...

2 100mg morphine sulf er a day. Is that alot? ## yea thats alot . i was taking 3 had been for yrs changed me to pain management and he starting cutting all my meds in half. think they are doing me some kind of favor. yea right . wish he had a good dose of my problems and pain. I've been in pain longer than this ass has been alive. ## I was on 130mg's of the morphine sulfate every 12 hours. When I accidentally took two and called the poison control line they told me that 200mg's was the highest they prescribe anyone and that's on their death bed. Now they have medication that is stronger but they can only safely prescribe so much morphine without destroying or damaging your organs. But I'm pretty sure that the highest they go on the extended release morphine is 200mg ...

I am on 150 mg, I have been taking it in the morning as my dr said to, but I can't focus in the mornings at all, I feel really sleepy and I start to feel myself by the afternoon around 3p. Should I try to change it to the evenings when I take it? When does everyone else take it? ## I have been on 150 Extended Release for a few months; if I take it at night I cannot sleep; the pharmacist recommended taking it in the morning. I also have morning blahs but also a bad habit of hating to go to bed, like I'm going to miss out on my "free time". So it's my own fault not keeping a good sleep schedule. I found it helped to have a friend or "assistant" to do things with in the mornings to get me motivated. Once I'm up and showered, I'm fine. We switched to Effe...

I still take this but 2 months ago I happened onto a life saving med....Mucinex 600 mg extended release. This medicine has changed my pain level dramatically. I know they dont understand why in the studies but it is helping people to live more pain controlled. If you also take this please reply to this. I want to see if other people know about this wonderful med that doesnt give you side affects. If you havent tried it I beg you to do so it could mean decreased pain and you can buy it at about any grocery or drug store without a script. i currently take diltiazem hydrochloride extended release caps 360 mg at bedtime....should it be taken in the morning instead? ## What have your blood pressure readings been during the day? This information is needed in order to answer your question. Learn more Diltiazem details here. In many cases, doctors do want someone to take such medications in the morning, so it helps to control their blood pressure or cardiac conditions during the time of day that they will be most active and therefore experience the most fluctuations. However, since it can cause drowsiness and dizziness as aide effects, some people do find them necessary to take at night, when they are going to bed. So, it really depends on your blood pressure or cardiac condition and your doctor's instructions.

What Is A Medicine That Time Released Will Act The Same Way As Old Oxycontin Before They Changed It To Where Does Not Work Has Extended Release? the new oxycontin DOES NOT work the same as the old one's. There HAS to be SOME THING that will give the same effect as the old ones did that is time released. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THAT MAY BE. Is this immediate release or extended / sustained release? I have migraines and this was prescribed as "3 tablets by mouth at bedtime." But if it is immediate release do I really want to be taking all 360 mg at once? Shouldn't I take 1 pill 3 x per day instead? ## Have you asked your doctor, or pharmacist about this? The tablet you asked about is 120mg regular release tablet, which means it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to start working. That is a little higher than the normal preventative migraine dose, which is usually 240mgs at bedtime. ## I too had migraines. I started on Calan SR 120mg (there were no generics ) about 16 years ago. After a year the migraines came back so my doctor increased the dosage to 240 mg. I have osteoarthritis in my spine, knees and hips and have recently developed severe pain in both arms, extending to the fingers on my right hand, worse on getting out of bed in the morning. I was taking Panadol Osteo two three times a day which didn't really help much so my doctor prescribed Mobic. It helps a lot but not completely so am wondering if I should keep taking Panadol Osteo as well as Mobic? Also, is it necessary to have a few days break from Mobic every so often? I take Sotalol for AF, Perindopril for blood pressure, Apixaban as a blood thinner and Carbimazole for hyperthyroidism. I have asked my doctor and pharmacist these questions but am still confused as to what I should safely do even though I have read all the information available. ## Hello, Janice! How are you? ...

I have PCOS and have cyst heavy ovaries. My period is terrible, with pain in waves. I have taken naproxen, to no effect this time. Is it safe to take a 75 mg Nicobar before bed? They are not the extended release tablets. ## Hello, Grace! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're in so much pain. I didn't find any interactions or problems listed between these two medications, but it's always best to double check such information to be sure. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. My wife, age 63 has been on Oleptro Extended Release 150MG for 2 years for MDD (major depressive disorder). She takes one tablet at night before bed. It has been working well for her. However, when I went to get the refill her 30 day supply, Sam's Club said they could not get it because their supplier--Bergman--had it on back order with no specific time to supply. My 8yo son has been issued Intuniv for his ADHD. He is on 4mg. He has been getting this pill at 7pm. I know that one of the side affects is sleeplessness. He is calming down at 3 or 4 am every day. If you haven't suffered from unrelieved Meneire's for a long time this comment won't be very helpful Or interesting to you. I have had REALLY severe Meniere's for about 7 years and it has destroyed many aspects of my life. When I get an acute attack instead of lasting a few hours or days mine can last for months, getting somewhat better so that I can walk from bedroom to kitchen, and then sometimes often so bad I have to try to crawl to the bathroom. For extended periods of time, many months, I have been unable to leave my home. Sometimes it comes on so quickly that I immediately lose consciousness. This has led to falling immediately and being knocked unconscious twice and the worst was breaking my ankle very badly. During these long acute periods I can't read, use ...
