What type of results are you expecting from this vitamin, mineral and antioxidant supplement? Alcachofa anpolletas (artichoke) is just an extract supplement from what I can tell. The capsules for this diet contain common ingredients that can be found in 90% of multivitamins (and just about all fruits and veggies); excluding the Apple Cider vinegar, and Eucalyptus Oil depending on the supplement you purchased. My point is that you really don't need this supplement if you're eating a good amount of fruits and vegetables, since most of this supplement's ingredients are derived from fruits and vegetables (or just artichoke).
