However, they aren't usually seen as liquigels, anymore, except in some products like the Advil PM ones. It my cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness and dry mouth. I have some Excederin PM that expired on Sept. 2009 and it is now march 2011. Is it safe to take it so long after the expiration ? it is hard to get where i live. thank you ## Excedrin PM contains Acetaminophen and Diphenydramine. No, neither one of those gets dangerous after the expiration date, but they will lose effectiveness, so may not work as well as they used to and since they do contain Acetaminophen, you will have to very careful about taking any extra tablets, because it can be toxic if you take too much in 24 hours. I have had 2 anaphylactic shock episodes due to ER visits with Benadryl in my IV. Allergist tested...allergic to Benadryl. I am on MANY meds and many have hydrochloride in them and some have diphenhydramine in them. If I am allergic to benadryl, would it be to the Diphenydramine, or the hydrochloride side? Thank you! ## It would be the Diphenhydramine that you have to stay away from. The Hydrochloride just designates the chemical salt that a medication was derived from, so you will actually see that listed on many different medications. What could be the result of combining Hydrocodone with Temazapam, Zolpidem,Propranolol, Simvastatin,and Venlafaxine? Combine this with 100 mg diphenhydramine, Alteril, & Estroven. ## Well, the first thing that jumps out at me is the Diphenydramine, why is she taking 100mgs of that? I HAVE A SMALL DARK PINK OBLONG 135 ON IT IS IT BENYDRL ## Is there also a logo on it? If so, then yes, it is a tablet called Diphenhist, which contains the active ingredient Diphenydramine, so it's an off-brand for Benadryl.
