i am fixing to give this heraclene dibencozide for my 2 1/2 yr old son because he is not eating enought and always no apetite ...Is there any side effects for using this medecine ? ## Has your doctor instructed you to use this? Children generally go through phases, where they have less appetite, for awhile and then their appetites will suddenly increase, for a period of time, just before a growth spurt. This is completely normal and you really shouldn't worry about it, unless he is severely underweight for his age and size. it for my son ## Heraclene contains the active ingredient Dibencozide. It is used to increase appetite. This medication is from the Philippines. I am not, however, finding any information on possible side effects. Has your son had problems with his appetite? ## I believe Heraclene stimulates the absorption of vitamin B12 needed to gain appetite and therefore weight. i am taking it. there is no side effect.
