My doctor had upped my meds from 1mg of Ativan to suppose to be 5mg it is round yellow pill I think there might of been a mistake. Thank you ## Yes, I do believe some mistake has occured. Ativan, which contains the active ingredient Lorazepam is not available in a 5mg dosage. The tablets are only available in 0.5mgs, 1mg and 2mgs. There is a round, off-white tablet in the 0.5mg dosage, that has an M on one side and the numbers 321 on the other. A 2mg tablet that is slightly off-white with an R over 774 on one side. Another off-white 2mg has the marking of MP over 96. Do any of these match the markings on the tablet you have? If not, please post back with the markings and I can look it up for you, so see what it contains.

Yes, it is the same medication, just manufactured by a different company, in this case Apotex Corp. This is a peach/pink/orange colored pill with C04 on one side and 77 on the other side. ## I located your pill, but the 77 is LL. It's pink and oval shaped, it's Simvastatin 40 mg. 5 with a line under it and then a 776 on the bottom. On the back is 12 1/2 ## I was unable to locate your pill, I did find a pill with similar markings. It has b over 776, and 12 1/2 on the other side. It also is peach color, and is an oval shape. This pill is Amphetamine and Dextroamphetamine.
