Ativan, which contains the active ingredient Lorazepam is not available in a 5mg dosage. The tablets are only available in 0.5mgs, 1mg and 2mgs. There is a round, off-white tablet in the 0.5mg dosage, that has an M on one side and the numbers 321 on the other. A 2mg tablet that is slightly off-white with an R over 774 on one side. Another off-white 2mg has the marking of MP over 96. Do any of these match the markings on the tablet you have?
