I found taking fish oil (omega 3 tablets) and/or flax seed tablets very helpful. Reduced and then eliminated knee pain. Can also grind small quantities of flax seed and refrigerate it. Added a spoonful to my food. My doctor recommended Celadrin. That's very effective too.

Hi, I'm 17 and I've just started taking Magnesium, Calcium, Omega-3 fish oil and Iron supplements for anxiety/stress, to improve mood, energy and overall health. I've done a bit of research on these but have questions about when and how to take them and want to make sure it's safe to take these everyday until I feel better. Also I would like to know if anyone has any advice and experience on taking one or more of these. I especially want to take magnesium & omega 3 but I think that calcium and iron will also be helpful. I am not deficient in iron or calcium but I know that I have slightly low levels but doctor said it wouldn't affect me but I would take them anyway. The calcium I am taking - contains calcium carbonate 1500mg and vitamin D3. Twice a day, to be taken
Filed under Calcium CarbonateI have arthritis everywhere, especially in the ankle, and also osteoporosis. For the osteoporosis I am 67yrs. I am taking Alendronic Acid once a week and have done for 4 yrs. For arthritis I take one each of the following daily (and have done for years):- one Glucosamine Sulphate, one Omega 3, one Zaldiar tablet and one Beline capsule. It seemed to work well for me except for severe hourly nightime lower leg cramps which obviously prevent me from sleeping. A month ago, I suspended all medication and have been in terrible joint pain and feel awful, however, the leg cramps stopped overnight. I now know that it is the Beline capsules which give me the severe cramps as I started to take them again yesterday. I need to know if there is a successful alternative to Beline? I have read about on...

for migraine headaches ## I suffered from migraine headaches for many years and the only prescription medicine that worked for me was Relpax 40mg. Ask your doctor if you can take this pill. It's very expensive and there's no generic equivalent. If you don't have health insurance expect to pay about $30.00 per pill. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield and after my co-pay I pay about $3.00 per pill. But trust me. it works! I have recently started on Ginkgo biloba 120mg and Omega 3 fish oil 1000mg, one of each twice a day. I've taken this combination for about 6 months and so far no migraines. I got this remedy from an old migraine sufferer and at first I did not think it was going to help, but so far so good. I do keep a supply of Relpax handy just in case but they are getting o...

Is it safe to take codesoft while planning for pregancy. ## Hi Pinky, Well it looks like Codesoft is simply a combination of Evening Primose Oil (cod liver oil) and vitamin E; which in my opinion is safe to take while planning for pregnancy. This isn't a drug (it can be found in many whole foods, like cod, salmon, etc.) and unless you are somehow allergic to Vitamin E or Omega 3 fatty acid then this is fine to take at any time. I am not a doctor, but since these are natural ingredients found in common food there shouldn't be any risks. Keep in mind eating fresh whole foods is a much better option than supplementing single ingredients. ## Respect Sir, With in one month my left breast in small tumor with pain I am consult 2 doctor, Suggest first doctor operation but second doctor ...
