5193 imprinted on small round blue tablet ## Are you sure you have the correct number? Are there any other numbers or letters on it? Unless I am just skipping over it I cannot find that number. Could it be an over the counter medication? ## Nothing here either, I even tried my paid databased, tried flipping the numbers around, nothing under those numbers comes up at all. ## I did the same even with the old pharmacist available databases, to no avail. Does anyone else know what this is? ## From what you're describing it sounds like the Advance Pharmaceutical logo on one side, which is actually a small p in side a larger A (which does look like a V). You can see an image here. This is generic for Tylenol PM, and contains Acetaminophen 500 mg + Diphenhydramine 25 mg (pain reliever + sleep aid). Got some greenish blue actavis diazepam's, in blister and box, production date. Best before ect. Got them from my fixer. Got a tolerance, took 20mg last night felt OK defo benzo. Woke up feeling s***ty, sweating loads, dizzy, and bad temper at work tonight? ## They are fake. Made by people who think they are smart. But I can give it to them it's working. More less they have the s*** to make boxes an pills. But there is diazepam in them. Wee bit. But what else I ask.

I found some tablets in the back of my son's sock draw and i really would like to know what it is and the harm it can cause? ## I think its a sleeping tablet, but am not sure. ## If it has PN25 it’s Phenergan/Promethazine, an antihistamine. If plain blue, it could be Valium. ## Patsy is correct, a tablet with the PN 25 marking is a 25mg Phenergan tablet which contains the active ingredient Promethazine, it is most commonly used to treat, or prevent nausea, and vomiting. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with? ## What is the typical dose of these blue tablets with pn 25 imprinted on them? Are they available over the counter?

There like sleep in tablets and have a real quick affect to hit you but ware off in like 20 -30 mins gives you legs that feel like jelly I just took 2 and its not much affect off them at all ## A got 5000 and the packet they were in said not for human consumption and they are pellets. This isn't available in the U.S., so I can't be 100% certain, but from what I've found, I believe this to be a 1mg Nitrazepam tablet. The FDA classifies this as a hypnotic of the benzodiazepine class, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Can anyone verify this identification?

Just taking one wouldn't have much effect, other than the side effects you may experience, unless you are allergic to the medication. I have come across light blue oval tablets with no markings, but that also includes pills with no lines either... My suspicion leads me to believe that it may be an over the counter product, foreign or illicit substance, since the FDA requires all prescription drugs to bear an imprint for identification.
