A blue pill with P325 stamped on it. ## I need to ID this, it is for the elderly parents and they don't know what it is. ## I also need to know what this pill is. I found one in my teenage son's laundry. ## This generic Tylenol PM made by Pharmaceutical Formulations contains 500 mg acetaminophen and 25 mg diphenhydramine. It's an over-the-counter sleeping aid.

I found some tablets in the back of my son's sock draw and i really would like to know what it is and the harm it can cause? ## I think its a sleeping tablet, but am not sure. ## If it has PN25 it’s Phenergan/Promethazine, an antihistamine. If plain blue, it could be Valium. ## Patsy is correct, a tablet with the PN 25 marking is a 25mg Phenergan tablet which contains the active ingredient Promethazine, it is most commonly used to treat, or prevent nausea, and vomiting. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, and dry mouth. fairly narrow, round, striking blue pill marked PN-25 is 25 mg of phenergen (i.e. promethazine, ingredient of many anti hayfever medication,and of Night Nurse industrial strength sedative cough syrup). This is a medicine used to treat nausea (e.g. travel sickness), allergic reactions as it is an anti-histamine, and can be used as a mild sedative at doses between 25-50 mg. enjoy!

We bought a package of OTC cold medicine, and somehow we lost the box. It was a multipack, daytime and nighttime. One set is oblong and blue with 44 485, the other is small round and red with 44 453. My husband is at work and wants to take one, but he is a roofer and cannot get drowsy. Can anyone tell me which is which? ## The blue on with the 44 485 on it contains 10mgs of Phenylephrine and 25mgs of Diphenyhydramine, so it is the nighttime one, because the Diphenyhydramine causes drowsiness. The red one, with the 44 453 only contains 10mgs of Phenyelphrine, a decongestant, so it is the daytime pill. Are there any other comments or questions?

So is it Ibuprofen ? I can't say for sure just because the title says Ibuprofen in it. I received a pill that is sort of oval with K25 imprinted on it and it is blank on the back. That said, one should be enough, since the Acetaminophen augments the action of the Diphenhydramine. Does anyone else know what this is? ## From what you're describing it sounds like the Advance Pharmaceutical logo on one side, which is actually a small p in side a larger A (which does look like a V). You can see an image here. This is generic for Tylenol PM, and contains Acetaminophen 500 mg + Diphenhydramine 25 mg (pain reliever + sleep aid). It is a light blue color and on one side it does not have anything on it, but on the other side it has the imprint pn25.
