oval shape pill no imprint front or back ## Hi Sue, Since your pill has no markings to identify it I think your best bet would probably be to have its contents analyzed by a lab or drug panel that can be bought OTC at local pharmacies. However, something that may provide us with additional clues is based on where you got it from (i.e. off the internet, a friend, another country, etc?). Furthermore, I don't think foreign or over the counter pills are required to have imprints in the same way US prescriptions are. This opens up the door of possibilities even more so. Do you have any specific details to add on how you came about it?
